Statement

Underwater Light USA, LLC, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Underwater Lights Limited, Great Dunton Forge, England, terminated their business relationship in January 2006. Since then, both have been going forward manufacturing and marketing their own brands of underwater lights and have retained their separate names, but to avoid confusion Underwater Lights USA and Europe will be trading under their brand of product and the names of their subsidiary marks such as "Sea Vision" and "Sea Vision Lights". Underwater Lights Limited and Underwater Lights GmbH will be trading under their brand of product and their subsidiary marks such as "UL Ti MATE" and "Bulleyt".
